In
college, freshman year, this kid Phil was mildly annoying. Okay, he was
a pain in the ass. So we decided to just drive him crazy, like
college kids do. We pretended he wasn't there. We talked about things
in the news that didn't happen, and when he protested, we ignored him.
Phil loved jazz and had about 100 albums he played non-stop. We
drove him over the edge by discussing how Paul Desmond and Dave
Brubeck were leaving Frankie Avalon to play backup for Fabian. That
night while we were sleeping he slit our throats, and cut our hearts
out. The jury acquitted.
Today
my karma, and yours by extension, is that we're Phil, and the
media are playing the same
dangerous game, as though we won't cut their hearts out (in the nice
way). Here, you don't have to go anywhere else, because
Gateway Pundit has everything to drive you up the dorm walls, so
sharpen your KA-BARs.

What a hoot hearing the Obama camp complaining about angry attendees at McCain rallies. Take a trip through the comments at DU, Common Dreams or Kos, then go take your shower.
ReplyDeleteIt's looking like the one positive thing that has come out of this campaign is Sarah. Several months ago, I was bitching about there's no Reagan on the horizon that could ride to the rescue after a disastrous Obama first term. Now? Maybe.
As for the left dominated MSM, they are becoming more and more irrelevant. Obama, in times past, would have a legitimate 10+ point lead. It's still close but their drumbeat in unison isn't helping. We all begun sentences with, "If McCain had said/done that...." Too bad for us. Tell your kids to become "journalists"
You can almost bet that with control of Congress and the presidency, and especially the Chicago style methods Obama has comfortably shifted back into to stifle opposition, they will go for some kind of Fairness Doctrine that will only affect talk radio. And they will also do something to control the wildly free flowing of info on the net.
You have to admit, their plan to destroy our schools and thus the questioning minds they should have produced, is bearing a bumper crop.

Obama will lose.
ReplyDeleteObama's voters and "violent, racist mobs", yeah, it's the conservative Republicans.

Now, name one riot in the past hundred or so years that stemmed from what would be called conservative McCain voters. Anyone???

ReplyDeleteand there were others like it in that era.
But the more modern ones? Yup, definitely Obama voters.
Well, it was over two-hundred years ago, but there was the whiskey rebellion, and the bad guys won.
