He's one of those cancer seeds, one of those damnyankees who migrated here from Massachusetts via upstate New York in his case, and like most Dems, he has flip-flopped around on issues as was expedient, has had a number of financial conflict of interest things swirling around, and kept his seat through gerrymandering district boundaries.
