SCOTUS is on a roll. Check out the ruling just above WROTNOWSKI v. BYSIEWICZ. This is a "torture" suit brought by Gitmo detainees against Rumsfeld, Gen. Myers, et all. It looks like they overturned a dismissal by the appeals court in DC and remanded it to them based on their previous brilliant decision in "Boumediene v. Bush", where they essentially threw out the Military Commission Act - the purpose of which was "To authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war...".
