Where's Obama's Form I-9?

I wonder if the President of the United
States is considered an employee of the
federal government. He receives a paycheck.
Does he have federal income taxes withheld,
FICA? Did he file a W-4 with withholding instructions?
If so, shouldn't he be required to file one of these?

That is called eating your own dog food. There is an old story about Microsoft employees not using MSmail or Outlook or whatever, who were forced into using it. When they had to 'eat their own product', it improved substantially.
I want it engraved in law that any of the "custom finely crafted" piles of dung these a*holes pass will apply to them equally.
If they have to 'eat their own dogfood', maybe it won't taste quite like horse pellets or cowpies. Yeah, sure. That'll happen.
