January 5th, 2010, Fairfax, VA—There is a "good chance" that special
counsel John Durham will recommend prosecuting Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) and Bush Administration officials for torture and other
war crimes, concluding an inquiry Attorney General Eric Holder
appointed him to complete.
Last week on FOX News' "The Journal Editorial Report," Wall Street Journal staffers discussed predictions for the New Year:
Paul Gigot: And a big wild card this year, the special counsel that
Attorney General Eric Holder appoint to look into whether the CIA and
Bush administration officials should be indicted for their antiterror
policies. If he indicts--recommends indicting some of those, you're
going to see a fire storm.
Dorothy Rabinowitz: There's a good chance he'll make that recommendation. - Full

This
is so bizarre I thought it was an Onion deal. Are they past
insane? Not only do I now believe the democrats will lose both houses
of congress, I think it will be a massacre of epic proportions.
Or a huge necktie party.

"Or a huge necktie party."
ReplyDeleteFrom your lips to God's ears...
I love huge neckties. Remember those we used to wear back in the Seventies? It wouldn't surprise me if Obama dictated that we start wearing those again, nothing he does surprises me anymore. He'll probably try to repeal the laws of gravity before this year is out. He'll claim that he campaigned on the issue. Then the following week, he'll say that he never mentioned it.

As I see it, we're in a race:
ReplyDeleteCan the American people get to 2010 elections before the Uhbamanations foment a crisis (National Emergency- e.g. runaway inflation, debt default, bank or food riots) that allows Uhbama to activate Executive Order No. 12919 released on June 6, 1994 by Pres. Clinton. The following earlier issued EO's fall under this order:
10995--Federal seizure of all communications media in the US;
10997--Federal seizure of all electric power, fuels, minerals, public and private;
10998--Federal seizure of all food supplies and resources, public and private and all farms and equipment;
10999--Federal seizure of all means of transportation, including cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports and water ways;
11000--Federal seizure of American people for work forces under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families if the government so desires;
11001--Federal seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private;
11002--Empowers the Postmaster General to register every single person in the US
11003--Federal seizure of all airports and aircraft;
11004--Federal seizure of all housing and finances and authority to establish forced relocation. Authority to designate areas to be abandoned as "unsafe," establish new locations for populations, relocate communities, build new housing with public funds;
11005--Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, both public and private;
11051--Provides FEMA complete authorization to put above orders into effect in times of increased international tension of economic or financial crisis (FEMA will be in control incase of "National Emergency").
EO No. 11051 authorizes FEMA near-total power in times of crisis. FEMA was created by President Carter under Executive Order No.12148. Its legal authorization is Title 42, United States Code 5121 (42 USC Sec. 5121) called the "Stafford Act." During activation of Executive Orders, FEMA answers only to the National Security Council which answers only to the President. Once these powers are invoked, not even Congress can intervene or countermand them for six months.
Tyranny arrives.
Lt. Col. Gen. Tailgunner dick
Chris Dodd to retire.
ReplyDeleteSCORE 1 FOR THE GOOD GUYS.
Pray that one of the Supremes does not kick. That would be the end of the line. Can you imagine Holder on the Court? Or one of the tax cheats?
ReplyDeleteThese guys could screw up a wet dream, and find it hard to pour water out of a boot with the instructions printed on the sole.
This will instill a "desire to retire" for a lot of CIA folk, and instill a CYA for those that remain. How idiotic.
tomw
King Rodger, would you please promote Lt.Col.Gen. Tailgunner dick to Supreme Allied Commander of the Global Theater and Beyond.
ReplyDeletegeorge
This is probably mean-spirited, but I'm thrilled Chris Dodd is retiring so we won't have to look at that supremely UGLY face for much longer! The outside DOES reflect what's happening inside!
ReplyDeleteBetter than that, I have already promoted Lt.Col.Gen. Tailgunner dick to be my batman!
ReplyDeleteExecutive Order No. 12919;
ReplyDeleteI think THAT will start the shooting and hanging of the Politicians and bureaucrats. I see the military tearing itself apart over this. Only SEIU Thugs, the TSA, with maybe thousands of inner city, ACORN "Volunteers" could even attempt to pull that off.
THERE WILL BE BLOOD, if undertaken.
RAK
I had hoped for the future to be written in ink rather than blood. But if blood it must be, then so be it.
