He might not stink at it, but he's not qualified per this requirement:
"He is fundamentally sound, has used all of his NCAA eligibility and is in possession of a valid US passport"
Don't think Barry used up his eligibilty, having never played for a college, and the US passport... well..
Would an Indonesian passport do?
Besides which, the generals are supposed to be the fall guys for the Trotters. Teh Won's ego would never stand that.

How come the General never generate any outrage? Their image is a stereotype of an all-white team, military-style square and always losing to the hipper, darker, Globetrotters.
Just looks the Generals' logo: a white guy getting dunked on by a negro.
Where's the outrage? Oops-- I forgot. White people can take a joke. See "fighting whiteys", etc. I just wish others could be as tolerant of these stereotypes as whites are. -

OBAMA'S PEOPLE ARE LOUSY DRIVERS TOO
Conservative blogger Jim Treacher was a victim of a hit and run by a state department SUV. Treacher sustained a broken knee.
The driver did not stop. Also, Treacher was issued a jaywalking ticket even though it appeared he was in the crosswalk with a go light at the time.
The SUV made a sudden illegal left turn, hit Treacher and kept going.
Hmmmmmmmm
