Why not just borrow one of those "humane cattle killers" from a slaughter house?
Put calf rings on the exectuionee to distract him and then hit him in the head when he closes his eyes. As a matter of fact you could probably just put the calf rings on and then hand him the hammer and he'd off himself. -

Only in the great state of cahleeforenya! What the hell does it matter if the kill drug is out of date or not? If it makes him have a rash or perhaps not kill fast enough - then use more of it!!!!! Problem solved. Now lets get to something important. By the way, did anybody else notice the guy they want to off looks an awful lot like Danny Glover....just sayin......
