The Daily Caller lists its guide to the 3 messiest undecided races. 

  • Washington Senate: The race for Senate between Republican Dino Rossi and Democratic incumbent Patty Murray has yet to be called. Murray currently holds about a 2 percentage point lead with 70 percent of the precincts reporting
Rossi's prospects: Three words: Judge John Bridges
  • Minnesota governor: This three-way race seems headed for a recount. Democrat Mark Dayton leads Republican Tom Emmer by just under 10,000 votes with 100 percent of the precincts reporting.
Emmer's Prospects:  Thirteen Words: Democrats and Union Officials Miraculously “Finding” Lost “Ballot Boxes In Their Car Trunks

  • Alaska Senate: With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, write-in candidate Sen. Lisa Murkowski appears to be leading,
WTF?  Have you ever tried to cast a write-in vote?  Lisa Murkowski managed to find 45, 359 who speeled her name correctly.  'Nuff said.

Murcowski managed to find a friendly court that backed up her unrepresented request that a written spelled correctly list of write ins was issued with every ballot.
She is backed by the corrupt big native corporations that depend on federal contracts- exclusive no bid cause we're native contracts.
At least 2 of these Native Corps have been caught over billing the tax payers on hours
