More Florida voter fraud by unaffiliated office holders

Okey-dokey, Derrick.
Nonpartisan it is.
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Daytona Beach City Commissioner Derrick Henry and his campaign manager, Genesis Robinson, were arrested Wednesday, charged with committing absentee ballot fraud during Henry’s 2010 re-election campaign, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said. According to his Facebook page, Henry is nonpartisan, which means he has no party affiliation.
No political affiliation

At least there's no political affiliation, unlike the other 100% of ballot box stuffers in this country.  Does show a bit of attitude though.

"Derrick do you intend to step down from city council?" WFTV reporter Jason Allen asked Henry as he was being arrested.

"Do you intend to stop asking questions when you're told to?" Henry replied.

That does seem to fit the "in-your-face" demeanor so popular amongst Obamunists, wouldn't you say?  Derrick has been put on administrative leave, with pay, from his position as assistant principal at Mainland High School in Daytona Beach.  Hmmm. Maybe he read Lyndon Johnson's biography.  About stuffing the ballot box at  Southwest Texas State Teacher's College to become class president.   LBJ; role model to upwardly-mobile teachers.   I'm sure he doesn't belong to the teacher's union however.  Derrick likes to stay nonpartisan.

Is President Obama to blame for the upcoming Democratic losses because his agenda wasn’t sufficiently liberal?

Residents cry foul over ballots
Bucks County Courier Times

A petition was filed with the Board of Elections over absentee ballots.

A trio of Bucks County residents backed by the county Republican committee say they have evidence linking Democratic Congressman Patrick Murphy's campaign to a scheme to flood the county voter registration office with fraudulent applications for absentee ballots.

For years, I alone have preached that the same gene responsible for the modern illness Liberalism,  also renders  them unable to :
  • grasp simple economic theory;
  • understand the concept of self-defense;
  • have ability to exercise critical thinking
I've  humanely (given the alternative)  recommended that  Liberals be classified 4-F in re their eligibility to work in the public sector - in any capacity higher than menial labor, and never in a supervisory role.  Remember?  Thanks to those efforts the message is infusing; science has begun to seriously examine my  ground-breaking postulations (see  With this however, it's official!

Researchers find a 'liberal gene'

Liberals may owe their political outlook partly to their genetic make-up, according to new research from the University of California, San Diego, and Harvard University. Ideology is affected not just by social factors, but also by a dopamine receptor gene called DRD4. The study's authors say this is the first research to identify a specific gene that predisposes people to certain political views.

You're welcome.

Impeach Warren - still a good idea
Can we finally get this done?
Pro-military advocates are warning against the dangers of letting federal district court judges start making significant Pentagon policy ...

Impeach Warren - still a good idea
If a district court judge in one unilateral order can strike down a legal ban on open gays in the military, as did federal Judge Virginia A. Phillips, then such judges also could strike down the prohibition on women in land combat, or rules on wearing a uniform, or requirements for grooming, or even the war against al Qaeda.

Judge Phillips went beyond ruling the gay ban unconstitutional and letting appeals courts weigh in: She ordered the Pentagon to stop enforcing it — worldwide. [Military advocates don't want judges making Pentagon rules]
Pro-military advocates?  Has it come to that? This is a "pro-constitutional" argument, transcending just the military. The post below this one warns "The Democrats, who screwed it up to begin with, will run to a Democrat on the federal bench and beg to have these ballots cast.

 Who's there?
Ollie Who?

The idea that one unelected judge, or even nine, can trump the other two branches of government is so manifestly insane that --  why have we been having this argument for past 50 years?  Rip Earl Warren from his grave and impeach the sumbitch, and any like-minded friends.

Little corrections
We now know that the SEIU is in charge of the voting machines in Las Vegas where Harry Reid’s name is coming pre-checked.

But buried in the news is this curious story.

An Illinois county election official is telling the ABC 7 I-Team that thousands — potentially hundreds of thousands — of voters who are expecting a ballot sent to them by mail may be disenfranchised.

Chicagoan Rosia Carter is one of 404,000 registered Illinois voters who recently received vote-by-mail requests that were sent by the Illinois Democratic Coordinated Campaign.

“By the time I filled it out and sent it in, my vote would not get counted,” Carter said.

She and others called the I-Team when they noticed the return address is not their local election official but instead a PO box for the organization.

Carter and others who contacted the I-Team are furious that their vote may also be thrown out because the IDCC put the registered voters' wrong birthdate on the form.

"My birthdate is wrong," said Carter. "That means it doesn't match the election board of commissioners' records."

This sounds very innocent, but we know precisely how this will work out. The Democrats, who screwed it up to begin with, will run to a Democrat on the federal bench and beg to have these ballots cast.

And once the Republicans object, the story will not be about ballot integrity. The story will be about Republicans denying people the right to vote.
