Democratic Sen. John Kerry (Mass.) will introduce bipartisan legislation later this week to create a federal infrastructure bank to fund projects around the nation, an aide told The Hill.

    My grandson asked for ketchup in a restaurant. When handed Heinz, he declared it not to be ketchup and asked again.

    We dodged a bullet in 2000, as subsequent events proved.[see: 30 days of uncertainty for 300 Million because some minions said 'we can manufacture enough votes' and the jerk went along with them]
    We, beyond all shadow of a doubt, dodged a bullet in 2004. "Reporting for duty" my ass. I spent more time un-repping in the China Sea than that douche spent in RVN.

    But not so lucky in 2008. It may be too much for the design margins to handle.

    The left is trying desperately to institutionalize their "stimulus" package, before they all get tossed out of office.

    Call it a "bank", because no one could ever be in favor of causing a bank to "fail".
