The good news for cash strapped states is that their legislatures, having no more usefulness, can be disbanded and the buildings turned into revenue producing Starbucks.  Let's get this  tyranny up front and visible so everyone understands who's  running this show.

    I'm shocked, I tell you, shocked that you would advocate such a thing.......Hanging is too much work.
    I prefer the Chinese government method.
    Members of the judiciary have gotten away with legislating from the bench for far too long and they've grown arrogant and complacent. What they don't realize is that they are pissng off the electorate to such an extent that the electorate will defund them and their masters, ignore their rulings, and quite possibly turn their lives into hell.
