Who will rid me .....

The fate of a nation in the hands of 9 guys, 3 of whom are hard core commies.

Sigh

In addition to deciding whether the law's central mandate is constitutional, the justices will also determine whether the rest of the law can take effect even if that central mandate is held unconstitutional.

The court also will look at the law's expansion of the joint federal-state Medicaid program that provides health care to poorer Americans. The states say the law goes too far in coercing them into participating by threatening a cutoff of federal money. [Story]

Here's how I think.  The significance of this ruling cannot be overstated.  If upheld, there is no hope of stemming the socialist tidal wave to follow.  It is the end of freedom as we have known it (if we're older than 30)..  Given that significance, I ask myself—   are there people willing to assianate a supreme court judge to further their interests?  The answer is, of course there are, on both sides.

The difference is, only the left might have assistance from highly placed government agents.  Gah!  I'm dancing about here.  Is Obama capable of  uttering "What sluggards, what cowards have I brought up in my court, who care nothing for their allegiance to their lord. Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest? I think, absolutely.

Never fear Rog, the green check crowd have only one allegiance, and that is to their gold plated retirement. They're not really risk takers. Now us disaffected old fucks, we're an entirely different story. Tree of liberty and all that.

I sure hope Alito, Roberts, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy have loyal bodyguards, good doctors and a food taster.
And Tubby Kagan had better recuse herself, given her emails documenting her involvement in Uhbamacare's birth.
We could hope we get a Conservative Senate next year, which opens the door to repeal if it stands in SCOTUS. I'd much rather see it found utterly unconstitutional though, just to bitchslap Lord Smug, Perfidious Twat and Dingy Harry.
