ISLAMO FASCISTS

Backlash for Lowe's as ads pulled from Muslim show
Dem Senator considers legislative action

Lowe's Home Improvement has found itself facing a backlash after the retail giant pulled ads from a reality show about American Muslims.

The retail giant stopped advertising on TLC's "All-American Muslim" after a conservative group known as the Florida Family Association complained, saying the program was "propaganda that riskily hides the Islamic agenda's clear and present danger to American liberties and traditional values."

Calling the Lowe's decision "un-American" and "naked religious bigotry," Sen. Ted Lieu, D-Torrance, told The Associated Press he would also consider legislative action if Lowe's doesn't apologize to Muslims and reinstate its ads [Full]

I haven't watched the show for various reasons, chief among which  is this trailer that was aired blah-blah-blah before the premier.

[waiting]

How's that for retro NOW style, in-your-faceness?

There's also these Three Things About Islam.

Instead of going to Lowes once a month, I will shop there much more frequently. Good on you, Lowes.

I've all but stopped going to the big orange box, since their policy is to let wetbacks use their parking lots to wait for day jobs from the contractors, and have been going to my local mom and pop for most things. I never went to Lowe's because it's a haul for me. I will make the effort now, or at least until they cave.

So they're going to force companies to advertise on certain shows. Where will this crap stop? Next thing they'll force citizens to buy certain things, like health care. What? Oh. Never mind.

Well I'm glad someone stood up and made a big noise. The entire premise of that show is to subdue our fear of Muslims by saying, "Look, they're just like us - including baseball and apple pie."

In truth, the reality is that Islam is here to crush Christianity and American Freedom. All our heads on a platter. Physically.

Notice the "D" after the name of the guy bitching about the Lowes ad. That in itself explains just about everything, doesn't it?

Boy, it didn't take long for TLC to disable that video.

Lowe's will start advertising on Muslim shows when some dude named Mohamed gets a NASCAR pole position at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

No more Home Depot for me. From now on it's Lowe's ... even if they do sponsor Jimmie Johnson.

I'm sorry, but has everyone missed the fact that Lowes agreed to sponsor this program to begin with? And pulling out early (yep) made them heroes? WTF?
Crafty advertising or getting caught with their pants down?

What's wrong with getting caught with your pants down?

After hearing this I went off to Lowes and bought a $900 tool box. I had been shopping Sears and others but Lowes pulling the ad made up my mind.

I'm agreeing with blindshooter. I'm going to Lowe's for my water heater.
