And the Zimmerman arrest report is now available online (I'm assuming it's real). Interesting reading, especially the next-to-last page where it appears that at the time of his arrest, Zimmerman's nose and head were bleeding, and the back of his shirt was wet and covered with grass, like he'd been lying on his back. With no eyewitnesses and conflicting evidence, Zimmerman'll probably be acquitted, as it sounds to me like he should, no matter how hard Holder tries (riots in 3, 2, 1...). But they'll get him in civil court with a wrongful death suit (remember Bernard Goetz?).

Oh, I don't know about the civil court liability in Northern Florida. There's a reason this happened in Orlando, not just the happiest place on earth, but the scariest too with one of the highest crime rates in the US, and the highest in FL.
Add to that, North Florida is real America. There's a reason you're allowed to carry here. What goes around comes around, and it's time for the black rabble-rousers to get it shoved up their ass.

Rick, INAL, so I don't have an opinion on how Stand Your Ground plays in, or more importantly what the facts are since they're still fairly hazy. BUT, it's more than likely that Zimmerman will get more than his share of benefit of the doubt in Orlando.
