Chicago Bears' Lovie Smith Calls on Blacks to Back Obama
Why? Because He's Black

Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith wants African-Americans to "be patient and look into the future," setting aside any disappointment in President Obama to actively support his campaign for a second term.

"Our future's looking bright, because I trust the man who's leading us. And that man is Barack Obama," Smith, 53, says in a new Obama campaign Web video to promote the group African-Americans for Obama.

"I have the president's back, and it's up to us as African-Americans to show that we have his back also."

Ninety-six percent of black voters in the latest ABC News-Washington Post poll say they approve of the way Obama has handled his job, while just 3 percent do not. [Full Bag of Vomit]

And they damned well ought be ashamed of themselves. For allowing race to make them the hands-down most ignorant, not to mention stupid, lot in America. Someone tell me how the likes of Lovie and Oprah et. al.

are not the Marshal Philippe Pétains of their generation?

I don't believe that 96% of Blacks are racist. Like in the Muslim culture, there can be reprisal for answering some questions the wrong way. But, there's still too many.

I moved there from SoCal in 1987, and was struck by the number of educated blacks who held absolutely batshit crazy ideas. America is finally getting a look at what goes on in Chicago everyday. Hell, Oprah is a racist. She hates whitey. Why do you think they went to the right Reverend Wright's church of go-to-hell-America? They aren't the exception. They are the rule of what blacks in Chicago are like. Lovey is no different. I always knew Lovey was a hater.

I spent many hours with a black guy who was extremely well educated(economics degree from tulane) and he had some of the most off the wall ideas. For a rational man he constantly astounded me with stuff like the government shipping drugs into cities to keep blacks down to Cascas aids deal. When I told him that all that was bullshit and he could make his own way in the world and do anything he set his mind to he responded that there was some group of old rich white guys somewhere that wouldnt let him. He did say no black man could be president. Wonder if that changed his mind on everything? The shitheads(read demonrats) have successfully completely destroyed black culture and the black leaders today perpetuate this nonsense. You now have an entire demographic that is completely and totally at the mercy of government handouts and influence.

I-RIGHT-I said...: Lovie wouldn't have given that endorsement without the expresses written approval of the NFL and his Chicago masters. It doesn't matter that he was pleased to comply, what matters is very wealthy and powerful White men told him to do it.

Anonymous said...: Nah that's crap. NFL Owners and coaches are notoriously conservative. There are a couple of exceptions obviously, but not many. Commissioner Goodell has given a bunch of money to Republicans, including Bush and McCain during their Presidential bids.

When in Chicago back in the 80s for a few days one of the top things on my to-do list was see Soldier Field. I found a locked gate with some play in the chain that allowed me to squeeze through. I was standing on the 50 at mid-field just soaking up the feel of the place when I surprisingly polite security guard, walked out and very nicely asked me to leave. As he was walking with me towards the entrance we ran into Willie Gault and Dave Duerson who stopped the Guard to ask him something. They both shook hands with me, thanked me for being a fan thought it was pretty funny that I had snuck into the stadium just to go stand on the field. I didn't even ask for autographs - I had what I had come for.

Now this twit Lovie Smith, who I have supported since he got his job, has to go shoot off his mouth and get political.

Well I'm through. The entire Bears team can go to hell. I won't be fan again until Lovie Smith is gone. If he is too stupid to keep his mouth shut and his political opinions to himself they don't deserve me as a fan.

Yeah, I know the Bears couldn't care less if I am a fan or not. But why can't these damned entertainers just shut up and entertain us. Why do they always start thinking that their paying audience gives a damned about what they think about politics?; 3/14/12, 12:10 AM
