Someone pointed out that it looks like it said "SUCKS" under it, but that part appears to have beed done by someone else, and then erased by someone else.
The amount of money they pissed off flying around would have made a bigger difference by helping with a little heat, or some warm food for those that are dealing with the lack of both.
