Embarrassed for Us- Aren't you?

I think I shall not live to see ...

TREES
I THINK that I shall never see
those devils hanging from a tree;

A tree whose heavy boughs await
Limp hung forms of the fourth estate;

A tree that looks at God all day,
Ere come the day when they will pay;

A tree that may in summer wear
The heads of Clintons in her hair;

Upon whose bosom snow has lain
But feet are nourished by evil slain;

Poems are made by fools like me
But  TJ's words can set us free.

Doo-Dah
We see in the post below that Starbuck's CEO "fears the left ... And he doesn’t fear the right."   As for the Left, they fear words and ideas.  Anything  counter to their statist ideology is a threat.  To them, Thomas Jefferson is the most vilified of our founding fathers, because he knew, described, and prescribed them eleven score and seventeen-years ago.  I'm talking about people like this.

Starbucks And Left-wing Extortionists

Starbucks CEO: Leave your guns at home from now on, please

Poll to Free, LA Times: Do you support Startbucks' gun stance?

Vote totals are pretty low at the moment:

The natural reaction of Americans will be,I think, to bridle over this, but Allah Pundit explains why Schultz is one smart cookie (excerpt).

What’s interesting to me is that it’s obvious Schultz has no fear of guns (nor should he; when’s the last time there was a mass-shooting at a Starbucks perpetrated by someone with an open-carry permit?). No. He fears the left. And he doesn’t fear the right.

These are all sensible positions for him to take…

The left … does the politicized life exceptionally well. They mount campaigns to pressure corporations to get what they want. They organize boycotts. They direct their complaints to gatekeepers who share their views and can influence policy. They blacklist artists with whom they disagree and pressure corporations to do the same. They control the levers of the media to add additional pressure from newspapers and television networks.

"He fears the left. And he doesn’t fear the right."   That's another matter that needs attending to, but I vote to support his policy.  I must admit, however, to admiring the manly balls displayed by Chic-Filet's CEO against the "same-sex marriage" thugs.  Old School is where we want to be,

Tap ... Tap... Tap...

Remember when Obama promised to bankrupt coal? That’s tomorrow.
Obama is set to ban all future coal-fired power plant construction tomorrow by regulatory fiat.

More from another source:

The  "Alexis created a webpage with the name "Mohammed Salem" story has now been reported by other sources as well.  Pam Geller writes about it here and includes a link to this  which informs us that:

".... several jihadists wrote in Arabic on Twitter shortly after the shooting began around 8:20 a.m. ET that it appeared to be motivated by Islamist extremism. Some used the hashtag “Al Qaeda” to report news of the shooting."

The whole thing is in a state of flux, but with reports that dead gunman Aaron Alexis acquired the "Muhammed Salem" domain name,  it's looking more and more like Muzzy inspired mischief.
