Have an Exit Plan

A mysterious Tweet
A mysterious four-word tweet by Internet news hound Matt Drudge has some people wondering if the founder of the popular Drudge Report knows something crucial the rest of the nation needs to know.

His cryptic message on Twitter Jan. 24 reads: “Have an exit plan … ”

The short note has no other explanation, but it comes in a series of tweets both before and after which include messages such as:

  •     “My biggest fear as editor of Drudge Report is people are slamming off all news and politics. Disgusted, frustrated … and going off the grid.” (Jan. 16)
  •     “Only in a fading nation would it become WHERE to store gov’t spying on its citizens. Any free people would demand it STOPPED and DESTROYED!” (Jan. 19)
  •     “They are going after the Obama critics with indictments. VA Gov. Now Dinesh D’souza. Holder unleashing the dogs…” (Jan. 23)
  •     Holder dangling ‘indictments’ over News Corp’s head too. Behavior modification…  http://t.co/O2fwJO7xty (Jan. 23)
  •     “Have an exit plan … ” (Jan. 24)
  •     “Ran a mile in 7-minutes this morning, imagining Michelle Obama was chasing me with a long needle and syringe…” (Jan. 27)

10 legal weapons you can use to defend yourselves

The name Minigun actually originally related to a particular gun model made by General Electric, but it has gone on to become a more generalized term to describe all rifle-caliber Gatling-type guns that are externally powered, and indeed various other similarly configured guns. These ferocious cannons feature multiple, revolving barrels and high rates of fire – in the case of the M134 Minigun, up to 6,000 rounds a minute. Astonishingly, such large, deadly weapons are legal to own in the U.S. owing to a law passed in 1986 that permitted ownership of any fully automatic weapon built prior to that year. That said, the process of obtaining one may prove difficult and expensive. Relatively few miniguns make it onto market, and even then one is likely to set prospective buyers back roughly $400,000. Then there’s the fact that firing the weapon costs approximately $60 a second thanks to the price of the ammunition. [All Ten]

One second, then,  will theoretically take out 100 of them ... cheap. In my mind's eye I see hundreds of political aides rushing to tell their Democrat patrons/patronnes about this.  The actual noise you might hear is Chuck Schumer's head exploding.  So, that one's free.

The McCollough Effect

The McCollough Effect:

This Sucks

A group of women were at a seminar on "how to live in a loving relationship with your husband."
The women were asked, "How many of you love your husband?"  All the women raised their hands.

Then they were asked, "When was the last time you told your husband you loved him?"  Some women answered today, a few yesterday, and some couldn't remember.
The women were then told to take out their cell phones and text their husband:  "I love you, sweetheart."

The women were then told to exchange phones with another person, and to read aloud the text message they received, in response.

Here are some of the replies:

              1.  Who the hell is this?

              2.  Hey, mother of my children, are you sick or what?

              3.  Yeah, and I love you too. What's up with you??

              4.  What now?  Did you crash the car again?

              5.  I don't understand what you mean?

              6.  What the f*** did you do now?

7.  ?!?

              8.  Don't beat about the bush, just tell me how much you need?

              9.  Am I dreaming?

              10. If you don't tell me who this message is actually for, someone will die.

              11. I thought we agreed you wouldn't drink during the day.

              12. Your mother is coming to stay with us, isn't she??

First lady Michelle Obama is seeking $10 donations to protect Obamacare, her husband's troubled health insurance system.

Just one day before he gives the annual State of the Union address, the first lady sent out a fundraising email to supporters hoping to use the speech to prompt donations to help Democrats in the midterm elections this fall.

Internal Memo Reveals Obama Is Deadly Serious About Launching Dictatorship In 2014

Excerpted from The Washington Post: An internal White House assessment concludes that President Obama must distance himself from a recalcitrant Congress after being badly damaged last year by legislative failures, a government shutdown and his own missteps.
.... regular meetings in the West Wing to begin charting out how Obama should use his pen and phone in the coming year. Podesta said executive actions will include work to execute the Climate Action Plan, a government-wide blueprint announced last year for addressing global warming.

Obama has said that his fraught relationship with Congress, especially after Republicans won the House in 2010, complicated his ability to promote his agenda. But for the first time, following what many allies view as a lost year, the White House is reorganizing itself to support a more executive-focused presidency and inviting the rest of the government to help.

Somewhere in the political background is fear that stopping this monster might create civil unrest.
