Biloxi,
Mississippi (CNN)Donald Trump on Saturday said the policies of
President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
"created ISIS," the furthest the GOP front-runner has gone in tying the
Obama administration's policies to the rise of the terror group.
Trump offered no evidence for his claim
(However....)
here at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, in which he also said
escalating tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia were signs that the
Islamic Republic wanted to take over the longtime U.S. ally in the
Middle East.

"They've created ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama," Trump
said.

“On
Saturday's Good Morning America, co-host Dan Harris suggested Hillary
Clinton "may actually have been right" about Donald Trump turning up in
ISIS videos. And during the subsequent segment, reporter Mary Bruce
said Hillary "predicted" Trump "would become" recruitment fodder.
There's only one hitch: Hillary hadn't "predicted" that ISIS would use
Trump or that he "would become" fodder. On December 19th, during a Dem
debate, Hillary claimed that ISIS was already using Trump in
recruitment videos. But no terror group used Trump in a video before
today, when he turned up in a video not by ISIS but from an al
Qaeda-affiliated group.
The irony is that by mentioning the use of Trump in terrorist
recruitment videos, Hillary might actually have encouraged Islamic
terrorist groups to do so. These groups are very media-savvy. And after
Hillary's statement, what better way to ensure massive media coverage
of a recruitment video than to stick Trump in it? Thanks for the idea,
Hillary!
Note: Co-host Paula
Faris
apparently didn't get the memo about how GMA was going to spin this.
She let the cat out of the bag, saying that Hillary had "falsely"
claimed (lied) ISIS was using Trump in recruitment videos. Kudos to her
for candor, but Faris's message was overridden by the statements by
sidekick Harris saying Hillary "may actually have been right," and by
Bruce, saying Hillary had merely "predicted" what ISIS would do.
From the January 2 Good Morning America:
OTOH, Bill Clinton has been used as an ISIS recruiting tool, wherein he was described as a "fornicator" deserving punishment.
ReplyDeleteRemember, whatever the Left accuses conservatives of doing, they've already done it.
Lt. Col. Gen. Tailgunner dick
As Rush pointed out on todays show, if ANY religious group can be inflamed to violence by a simple video, they probably weren't that 'peaceful' to begin with.
ReplyDeleteSurely there will more coverage of her denying that she told the Benghazi families about the video and is now calling them liars. Or as Michelle Malkin is want to say, "crickets."

ReplyDeleteShrill-Liar-Ly joining the Marines!? C'mon, it coulda' been a possibility.
Remember the Marines old recruitment slogan? "We're looking for a few good men" - Well, back then they might have tried an altered slogan like, "We're looking for a few good bitches.
Carrying this fantasy further - IF they were at all patriotic, just think of what a fighting force a battalion, or better yet, a brigade, of bitter, fired-up, screeching, PMS bitches the likes of Shrill-Liar-Ly, Rosie, Whoopie or even Mooch-elle might have been.
Ya' know, Just like another, "Lean, mean, fighting machine".....Oh hell! never mind, the "lean" part ruined it. I just ruined my own fantasy!
Well, Rush has spoken for years about the All American 1st Cavalry Amazon Battalion
