Not, for that matter, do OTHER certifying agencies, such as the Board of Elections. What we need to do is:<br />- every person enrolled in a school must show previous drivers license and/or voter ID from original state of residence<br />- elderly people with multiple homes must certify that they are not enrolled in another state - registrar must read them a statement that it is a FEDERAL crime to vote both absentee and in person, or in 2 states. This won't stop the truly corrupt, but for most, a reminder will suffice.
