Judge cites Algore movie

I'm Mad as Hell and ....

In recognition of THOMAS JEFFERSON'S admonition that The price of freedom is eternal vigilance, and the propensity for governments to abuse their warrants, I solemnly swear my allegiance The United States of America. I specifically swear that I will oppose any initiative to place foreign armies within our borders, including United Nations forces. I here swear upon my honor that I WILL USE ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including violence, to eliminate any such presence, and those responsible for its sponsorship. So Help me God.
It's one thing when a Supreme Court Justice, whose only prior legal experience was as a litigator for the ACLU, to cite international law as validation for her legally ungrounded opinions, and quite another when a Bush appointed federal judge cites a science fiction movie in his court babblings. It's manifestly obvious that the frog in a pot of slowly heated water phenomena is at work in our society, so I think it's a good idea for us to set some markers now, to remind us that the water will boil any day now. 9. Did you have a cold when you made the certificate: "includig violence"?

Nicely done otherwise. I especially like your characterization of Algore's "An invonvenient Truth" as a "science fiction movie." Remember, Democrat politicians have no monopoly on lying. It appears to be a requirement of office for every party.
