It's one thing when a Supreme
Court Justice, whose only prior legal experience was as a litigator for
the ACLU, to cite international law as validation for her legally
ungrounded opinions, and quite another when a
Bush appointed federal judge cites a science fiction movie in his court babblings. It's manifestly obvious that the
frog in a pot of slowly heated water
phenomena is at work in our society, so I think it's a good idea for us
to set some markers now, to remind us that the water will boil any day
