With the revelation about shenanigans that turned Scott McClellan's pro-Bush manuscript into a Bush-bashing memoir, I've
kept an eye out for similar instances where a publisher changed the
entire thrust of an author's submitted text. Going just by the recently
discovered galley of the The Secret Garden's original cover (rollover),I may have an early, albeit salutary, example.
"The Perfumed Garden"......Now THAT is a very funny book!...Is that the 'holy grail' of sex/ed for Muslims, I wonder?...The penis enlargement section is especially hilarious..and dangerous.
