I first read this a while ago, when it was sans comments. I decided to come back, and lo, GrinfilledCelt said exactly what I was going to. Sweet.
We may or may not be heading for a crisis, I don't know enough. My gut tells me, tho, that socializing major chunks of the market has to be the wrong way to go. Let the gummint come back with Plan B. And if Hanky is for it, I'll be wanting a Plan C, or prolly, no plan at all.
Finally, tomorrow I'm moving about 6k from a fixed fund into equities. IOW, I'm going long on America.

I don't understand why they keep using the word 'blame'. Don't they mean 'credit'?
