Since Ohio's gummint is firmly under Democrat control, this will ultimately be brushed off with a "regrettable breakdow that we're working to prevent in the future"
statement. If I'm Joe the Plumber, I hire the best lawyer
that fees from a multi-million dollar award will buy, and sue every
person, and every agancy involved. Then I open Joe the Plumber Plumbers nationwide (We're good, and we're cheap, because we're not union thugs).

I sent this out to people I know that have fretted over the Homeland Security department and the Bush-cronies checking on library books-of-choice and listening to overseas phone calls to the Middle East since 9/11... and getting hauled off in the middle of the night to some gulag, etc.
