that I don't want to be a right wing truther now that the shoe is on
the other foot, but. I worked for Chase Manhattan in the 90's till 2002
and the golden icon was "community development". Which meant for every
50 good loans you shut up and made the "hood loan". Chase ended up
owning half of Compton Ca. We were in fact buying crack DISTRICTS at
the urging of the Clinton Admin. Got so bad that LA county issued an
arrest warrant for one of the high ups in Chase for not maintaining the
properties they owned. So all the way back in 2000 the writing was on
the wall, and it just accelerated from there. I still want the aluminum
beret though.
