    Rumpole was great but I just recently found and downloaded the entire Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister series. There was no better and no more entertaining primer on the mechanisms of politics. We learn, for example, why we just recently had to spend one third of our GNP on bailouts, "Something must be done! This is something. Therefore we must do it."
