I think we know. But my reference is to certain prophesies that see end days' battles fought with ancient weapons. The Whammo is a very effective weapon with some practice, and not likely to be confiscated by the Obamacy. Ditto bows and arrows, and blowguns.
Now hold on just a minute there. When John wrote Revelation, he gave us some graphic descriptions, pictures that have guided mythology for centuries. A horse that spews forth fire and smoke and sulfur, the picture for the dragons of ancient times. The description accurately describes an Abrams Main Battle Tank, or artillery. If John had described it any diffrently, the people would have read it, then went Poor old John, I guess the sun got to him.... Parts of the Bible are not literal, other parts are. the problem is determining which is which.
