Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, and Bill Clinton can be, and have been, documented as being most responsible for the the the subprime loan crisis that  ruined our economy.  Dodd, and fellow Democrat Sen. Conrad Burns had denied knowing they were getting sweetheart loans from Countrywide Mortgage.  Now,  after damaging testimony from Countrywide fixers to the contrary,  a new excuse for trading influence for cash.  “ "I thought this was like a frequent-flier program." ” Beauty.
