Peace negotiations with the Taliban?
The Wa Post's David Ignatius is "skeptical that either side is really ready for peace negotiations."
What? WHAT?
Chart: Total 10-Year Cost of Reid Bill is $2.5 Trillion - but wait!
... spending on "expansions in insurance coverage" alone would be $1.7
trillion, making the bill's total costs in its real first 15 years well
over $4 trillion -- based on CBO projections. - No wonder Robert
Samuelson wrote last week in the Washington Post: "The disconnect between what President Obama says and what he's doing is so glaring that most people could not abide it"
ADL has become an adjunct of the DNC
The left thinks a wave of anti-Obama hysteria is sweeping the land,
driven by ignorance and prejudice. So does the ADL. The left believes
Islam is a benign force, and frets that terrorist acts like the Fort
Hood murders will negatively impact American Muslims. The ADL couldn't
agree more.

Congress Never Ceases to Amaze
I find it telling that the Pelosi-Reid Congress is only cost-conscious
when it comes to our national defense. Scary. Nonsensical.
Unacceptable.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours Rodge, and to all.
ReplyDeleteStupor - I'm definitely going to make it passed 4:00 pm this year. DEFINITELY.......
...scientists often used the word “trick” to refer to a good way to solve a problem, “and not something secret.”
ReplyDeleteJust like prostitutes use "trick" in a good way?
(i.e. they're gonna f*ck someone)

Today I'm thankful that the US gummint granted me the privilege of living in this great country--even if Captain-Zero and the Democrats are doing their very best to destroy it.

Hey, Happy T-day all, I've got the minions out in the kitchen correcting my mistakes. Good thing is, I didn't make any, but I do got them working, and so I came across our friends at TheHostages. It's closer to true history than they're teaching nowadays:
ReplyDelete"Times were tough for the first few months, but there was a bunch of grass they could eat, and only seventy percent of them died. The rest of them found ways to survive, mostly through unspeakable acts which we won’t, um, speak about here. Incidentally, Teddy Kennedy was born around that time, and served in the Senate until his recent death."
Irregardless of all that is wrong in the world and the problems and hardship you face in your life each day, be thankful for what you have in this world, because I can guarantee if you’re reading this posting, you have it better than most of the people on earth.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving Rodge!
ReplyDeleteAnd to all my interwebs friends as well.
