Count me in! After 1 1/2 yrs working a call center....Can't stand phones. At least with IM multi-tasking is a natural and my typing speed is above average. OASN, MIL was a marathon talker. Put the phone down one day, just prior to it melting onto my head, went to the bathroom and returned expecting she thought the line was down and hung up. STILL talking. ugh Juice
