My daughter visited Korea for a month. She had extensive dental work done while she was there. She has insurance but it was still cheaper than her co-pay and reasonable and customary coverage.
Not all hospitals are the Mayo Clinic and many of them employ doctors educated aboard.
Beck is right more often than not, but, as with many a populous, he tends to go off on meaningless tangents.
