Phoney War Heros
Catch of the day ...
Doug Ross asks Did Dick Blumenthal 'Apologize' While Accompanied by Another Phony?
If he's right, then one of the "veterans" who showed up to
support Blumenthal, as he apologized for falsely claiming he was a
Vietnam vet, is William Trumpower. "Like Blumenthal [he's]
a Connecticut resident who has made quite a name for himself hawking
books on the Vietnam experience" --- he never had! Good
lord! Are all democrats members of the Tom Harkin brigade?
Unless you're James Webb or John Kerry. But, yeah, a guy I consider my best friend was a way legitimate decorated war hero. He would be very very pissed if I boosted his service publicly.
It's like they've pissed on some good friends and their families. They dishonor those that served and are worthless pieces of puke shit for lying about their careers.
I'm still laughing cause I can't get over how much that asshole looks like Bill Dana right down to the facial expression. Damn shame....Dana was a nice fellow.
I don't think your thinking of the same Bill Dana. Dana often portrayed the Jiménez character as an astronaut. The Bill Dana Show (1963-65), a spinoff of The Danny Thomas Show, Dana's José Jiménez character became a bumbling bellhop at a posh New York hotel. Guess you and I remember him differently.
And you guys said it well. If you weren't there, you can't talk. What you failed to mention is that people like that should be given a necktie for their mouth.
What the heck is Jose Jimenez doing there and what's with the medal bedazzling uniform?
