  5. Ethnic groups often know how to take care of their own. When I was in my early 20's, in Denver, the Hip Sing Tong's restaurant was robbed and a waitress shot and killed by a young Chinese man. For three days all my Chinese friends were missing. Then the man's body was found under a nearby bridge and all my friends were back. I never asked, they never told.

  7. Execution isn't punishment; it's pest control. No repeat offenders,
no later complaints of cruel or unusual punishment.

Always forgive your enemies, but not before they are hung.
