Mecedes Benz tugs at some tight ass'd panties
Yay! I'm not a vile pasty-faced
canker-blossom'd pc retard!
"Mercedes-Benz is getting grief for this
ad," writes TH. Without clicking through TigerHawk's
link below his video, see if you can find reason to be upset.
Damned if I could. Thank God.
With King's family, it's probably not so much, "You should be honoring him" as "You should be PAYING US..."
From what I understand there are a few other families like that. Albert Einstein's family is notorious for threatening to sue the bejuuses out of anyone who uses his image without paying them dearly.
Must be that member of the Religion of Peace running around after beating the hell out of a person of color. Or . . . you know, if you look at those gull-wing doors when they're raised up, they kind of look like the top half of a swastika . . . in the Hitlerian sense.
"You should be PAYING US..." King's family is notorious for demanding money for anything using MLK's image or voice. They obviously learned shakedown artistry from Brotha Jesse. Always seemed to me that a speech and newsreels done in a public place (National Mall?)are public domain, or at best owned by the person(s) who recorded or filmed the event. Unless announced at the time, how on earth does trademark or copyright attach to the person giving the speech in an open public space? If I run down the street yelling fuckfuckfuckfuck and film it, can I get paid every time somebody says that word? Can the Kennedy family get royalties everytime the Zapruder film is run? Maybe Zapruder can, but not the Kennedys. Lt. Col. Gen. Tailgunner dick
Got by me despite two replays. Went to the link for the answer. What a load of horsedoody.
ReplyDeleteNope. No way I could have figured that out.
ReplyDeleteDang, it's hard work trying to be one of the perpetually offended.
