Gabrielle Giffords

Fasten your seat belts ...

Get ready;  in its coverage of Democrat Rep. Gabrielle Giffords being shot to death in Tuscon,  the New York Times included this pointed reference.
"Last March, her Tucson office was vandalized a few hours after the House vote overhauling the nation’s health care system."

  1. Now watch how fast the Obama uses this tragic incident to outlaw opposition to their policies. An assassination attempt of a newly re-elected Democrat Congresswoman is just the kind of reckless violence they have been waiting for and many of us has been warning about for the past two years.

  7. Sorry, this was not an assassination attempt. Assassination is sponsored by a government. This was murder, a crime, nothing else.

Unless, that is, you have evidence that the Obama administration is behind this. If so, it may indeed be an assassination, but most likely it would be Obama's attempt to take out a Democrat who opposed his policies, with added value gained by using this to subvert the Second Amendment and many other constitutional restrictions on him.

Given the Obama record, his ties with the Chicago mob, etc, etc, I think that may be a reasonable assumption.

  8. Won't make any difference who did the shooting. Conservative.. big new, Lib=No news. Only thing that will count in the end is that she was shot. Therefore All GUNS IS EVIL and must be removed from society.

  9. Dems will use this as a reason to raise their own security to presidential levels and as an excuse to avoid townhall style meetings. Can't let the dangerous riff-raff too close.
