First in the Nation:
Idaho House Passes Health Care Nullification

The Legislature of the state of Idaho, therefore, on behalf of the citizens of this state and to secure the blessings of liberty, hereby asserts its legitimate authority to interpose between said citizens and the federal government, when it has exceeded its constitutional authority and declares that the state shall not participate in and considers void and of no effect the PPACA.[Historic Text]

  2. Good article on nullification in the latest issue of "National Review". The author believes that nullification would destroy the Constitution. Worth a read.

    Some of us believe that the Constitution has taken a lot of hits in the past 50 year or so. I've never seen such disgust with the Federal government as I see now. Things could get dangerous.
