I  am asking that you return America to its August 20th, 1959 borders so that Hawaii is no longer a state and you are no longer a citizen.

    If she had been born in AK, she would have been in the same boat Barry Goldwater was in ( AZ was admitted after he was born ), a citizen automatically naturalized when the state got statehood. Goldwater was damned lucky Johnson never cottoned on to that.

    The definition of "Natural Born" was set by legislation before the 2008 election, so that McCain and Goldwater would both be considered "Natural Born".
