I'd studied a few martial arts in my yoot but realized when I first saw Ken Shamrock fight MMA that the answer was to keep your hands up and deliver lefts and rights as fast as possible. A former navy seal told me there's no defense in their training - all offense. The old vet here did just that. Sweeeet!
This is Epic Beard Man. I don't know if he's really a vet, because he proved himself to be quite the liar in subsequent videos. He's also shown being tasered at a baseball game in 2007. He's nuts, but the video is awesome.
Yeahman, the Amber Lamps meme was one of the greats! Not often that a bystander got more attention on the web than the participants. I did a series of PShops with her back in the day. Here's just one.
