Corn on the Cob Magic
Aw Shucks
“
For those of us who
love corn on the cob, this is an absolute must see! No mess
to preparing it, no silks to try to brush out of the corn. - Don M
”
I cook
cotc in the microwave all the time, but I never knew
this trick. Sadly, by corn eating time next year I'll
have forgotten this, so I'll just program it post to pop back up on
July 4, 2012. It's like magic.
Usually like them on the backyard grill, but this looks too awesome not to try. Mr. Juice at the market and has been given his marching orders- only if the husks are fully intact, none of that half shucked stuff. :)
I just thought yesterday that you hadn't posted any cooking stuff in a while, Rodger. I miss it when you don't. I've gotten some great tips and recipes from you over the years. I'd like to see you do a regular cooking thread. GrinfilledCelt
Excellent.
ReplyDeleteI shall have the butler show this to the cooks. This will give them more time to churn the butter and mine the salt.
Ove Glove! Those things really work. Best hot mitt ever made.

Always educational!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to try it.
I'm with you Juice--grilled is the best. Do you remove the shuck completely to eat it?
