Jon, that's not a window frame. It's a pretty standard video visitation set up that many county jails have installed to slow down the flow of contraband and reduce manpower. It's funny because it could so easily be true.
Nothing like "the babies mama" paying her man a visit in non-contact visiting room. Especially, that big Santa belt on Big Mama. Been there and seen it happen.
