RAK, that's the same bullshit that Firewire, or whatever his name is, threw up yesterday. "...institutional gun lobby"= the NRA. I'll go with the NRA.
As I pointed out, when you've spent a life in politics, it's easy to twist the truth about a political figure into a lie. The Lautenburg Amendment was a trap. If you voted for the second amendment, you were voting against women. Any politician who voted against the amendment would have it used against him forever. That's why the NRA is important. They sort the wheat from the chaff.
