Neptunis Lex (Capt Carroll LaFon)a milblogger, was killed yesterday when his F-21 Kfir crashed just outside of NAS Fallon, Nevada. This is a great loss!
Oh FUCK, I just realized WHO you were talking about! He just retired a couple years ago, didn't he? May God bless his family in this time of need. I was just thinking of him yesterday.
You are correct Casca. It was two or three years ago. I was surprised to learn that the Navy allowed civilian contractors to fly TOPGUN aggressor force. From what I understand it was just outside the West Gate at Fallon. I am positive that you are correct about wanting to go that way, he hated the cube world. Found it to be suffocating. He was 52.
