"Can you imagine that? Literally putting a
postage stamp on her forehead and send her packing," Michael
Wildes, a professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, said
about the case.
"This is completely out of character for our country," he told CNN. "I
know the courts and the prosecutor will do right by her."
Well,
yeah, we are famously a kind and generous people. But then, it is
also completely out of character for us to live in a lawless
society. The
judge, whose identity I am unable to ascertain, is eligible for bronze
statue treatment should we survive this Liberal culture intact, and
restore order. It is a round world, and pendulums swing.
As for
the student— she can apply for legal entry into the United States, and
begin
the process of becoming a citizen. Or, go back to Columbia and
open a
taco stand, or whatever the hell it is they eat down there besides
cocaine. . |

"A government of laws and not of men." ~ John Adams
ReplyDeleteNot to worry. One of Obama's federal judges (stooges) will over-turn this sentence. The Law of the Land be damned!
ReplyDelete"This sewer is ranked as the 52nd best law school in the country, by U.S. News & World Report." It's never all bad in Greenwich Village.
