Neither Stalin nor Mao were elected. They took over their political parties, took power by force, and the parties held an election that gave voters a chance to vote yes, or go to a death camp.
Both killed far more people than that psychotic Austrian.
Lost me on the last word. Does it matter that the worlds worst dictators are democratically elected? T. Jefferson was not so big on democracy.
