Yeah, but the best part is when they come back in their late 20's-early 30's and have a very wonderful heart to heart with you, the end of which is a very humble apology for how they treated you and all the horrible things they said, and they ask for your forgiveness... and with your eyes leaking all over the place, all you can do is say "I just love ya, that's all".
And when the grand kids come over you let them stay up as late as they want, watch scary movies, and just before they go back to their parents you load them up on sugar.
Grandparents dont need to spoil them...the old mothers curse is enough.....(what? dont tell me your mother never told you "I hope YOUR kids turn out just like YOU"
