The vote is the very foundation of our governance. Vote fraud should be a capital offense.

Heard a caller on Andrew Wilkow's show yesterday declare that a majority of the noncitizens are Cubans and not Hispanics (Mexicans). Apparently, if you want to really piss off a Cuban, just label him Hispanic. Wouldn't it be great if this were another grand FU by the obamunists that blew up in their faces as they and their media monkeys continue to call the group by the wrong label? -- Skyhawker, Doug

I hope Florida stands their ground and Cheney's* Holder.
*"Go fuck yourself!"
Gotta draw a line somewhere on Holder and the Uhbamunists, and this seems a good place.

He meant to say:
"sent to democrat county elections supervisors who have found the data and methodology to be flawed and problematic" -

about 14 months ago an elections supervisor in southwest
Florida, a fellow of insight, noted a substantial number of folks
summoned for jury duty in his county were excused when they identified
themselves as non-citizens. This struck the supervisor as important
because potential jurors are dipped not from the pool of licensed
drivers or from local utilities customers or even property taxpayers,
but from among the ranks of registered voters. And, as Pasco's
elections supervisor Brian Corley notes, "It's not a gray area. Either
you're a citizen or you're not a citizen."
