West & America Leery of Mitt

Has the "gaming" begun?
Dejected by Mitt's silence on Obama's "Dream Act"

Like many of you, I'm very sensitive to any sign of being "gamed" by Mitt, and the GOP.  This is not a good sign. The answer is easy, Mitt.

  1. When the citizens develope the same general contempt for 'the law' as the leaders, it's gonna get ugly (er).

  2. I called and left a voicemail with the campaign. Issues don't get much clearer than this. Heck, you can even keep your Mexi-pander position open and focus on the simple usurpation of Congress' role.

  3. I keep telling you people that Odumbo and NitWitMitt are the same. We'll end up with the same big government anti-gun baby killing BS as we have now. It ain't gonna get any better and we won't vote our way out of it.

  4. I give a candidate who is nominally on my side the benefit of the doubt. It's his campaign. Let him run it, or try at least.

Every asshole has an opinion, and they all stink. I'm content to allow Komrade Doofus to hold the attention of the American public with his continuing tyranny, treason, and general incompetence. The goal is to win, not prove that you have the right positions.

  5. "Odumbo and NitWitMitt are the same"

The Lamestream Media is just about
    as silent about Mormonism as
    about Obama's citizenship.

    Brigham Young and gang where
nothing but a bunch of pedophile
    sodomite perverts associated with
a lesbian mafia, of assassins and
    criminals with total immunity.

And dont come and tell me FLDS and LDS
are not the same! One cover for the other, like North Korea
    is China's satellite!

  6. The GOP has done to me what Jerry Sandusky did to his young male mentees/catamites in the shower.

The GOP can do things without me in November.

The reason I felt stupid voting for McCain and for Lamar Alexander is because I WAS stupid to do so.

  7. There is a whole lot of crazy in the comments above me.

    Morons.

  8. OK, so there are the two reason the folks above have for not voting for a republican:

    1) He's not conservative enough, so I will shoot my self in the ass and hold my breath until the socialist wins.

    2) All mormons are evil, and should punished because I don't like these damned heretics.

Fine then. Create your own Christian Patriot Party, and let us know how that works out. You might want to talk to the Libertarians and the Constitutionalists, and ask them how many candidates they have actually gotten into office.

I'll continue to sopport the Republican Party, and do my level best to get Democrats out of office.

DO NOT presume to tell us Republicans what kind of candidates we should support if you are unwilling to support our party.

Get your own damned party, and run your own damned perfect candidates ... after all, the Republicans are apparently the party of pedophilic mormon lesbian anti-gun baby killers, according to these comments, so you shouldn't even be talking to us, let alone telling us what kind of candidates to nominate.

All of you need to face some realities here.

The Democrats want the illegals to get the votes they need.

The Republicans want the illegals to keep wages depressed.

    Pick your poison.

As for all the remarks about Romney's being a Mormon: I can just imagine what would be said if a Jew ever got as far in the nomination as Romney has. The heads on virtually every Democrat would explode; the GOP establishment would commit suicide.

    A nit.

I don't think the **majority** of Republicans want illegals, rather, they want law biding citizens. I can't speak for small business, but bet they'd hire who they could if there wasn't a pool of willing illegals.

People here illegally are always looking over their shoulder, can't really become part of the society they live in, as their future is limited. They must remain mobile 'just in case', so cannot and will not put down roots. Having furtive second-class residents is not a good thing. Also allows wolves to hide amongst the sheep.

  11. Immigration is easy to fix, if you have a set of balls.

Queue up immigrants by education ( in fields we really need ... we have enough homegrown liberal arts majors ) and standardized English test scores, and completely throw out country quotas.

We should not be importing hod carriers and ditch-diggers. We should be stealing their best and brightest.

  12. I am waking up to the depths of anti-Morman bigotry.

Fundies, libertarians, and all other fanatical nutballs—please stay home. There is no place for you in the Republican Party and you will not be needed to take down Barry 40-O.

The other day I was kayaking with an outwardly normal and friendly guy, who mentioned that he had no good choices for Prez this year. I tried paddling faster, but he was intent on dumping his prejudice on me. So I asked if he was more comfortable with the Mormons or the Black Panthers.

He feared the Mormon more, explaining that they were smarter and better organized. And surely Mitt was only in it to make Utah the capitol of the USA and LDS the national religion. I don't know how to deal with that mentality, but I certainly don't want to be associated with it. So please, stay home.
