Newsweak to Obama - GTFO!

I remember when ...
The Soviet news daily Izvestia told Comrade Stalin to take a hike in 1930,
and when the German paper Der Stürmer told Hitler to get out of town in 1936,
 — oh, wait. I must have dreamed all that; but —

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Is it a dream that a leading Democrat Media Complex rag just ran a "Hit the Road Barack" cover story?  Is Obama about to become the Party's Trotsky?  Will they give him the axe?  Stay tuned.

  1. Look at what happened to the USSR after 1930, and to Germany after 1936....*gulp*

  2. The comments are interesting; the progressive shills bringing up Cheney, draft dodging and that Ryan is going to steal Social Security. Any attempt to point out the obvious is lost on these people, since their indoctrination is complete.

Newsweek may be making an effort to return to responsible journalism and opinion, but it's probably too late. If there was any trust with their progressive readers, it just disappeared.

  3. The axe?
I thought Trotsky went via the ice pick.
Noooo … I'm thinkin' they'll do it the Rasputin way.
Of course, it'll take some persistence.

  4. Doug, it was an ice axe, the sort used for mountain climbing.

  5. When in an argument with the neo-commies(they say Stalin was a conservative)
I alway post the pic of Lev in bed with his bandaged head...you know, he actually died because
he could not get it up with Frida Kahlo, his host Diego Rivera's wife...so she got her new
boyfriend Raymond Mercader to off the old jealous geezer...Since Stalin already had a price on
Bronstein's head, Ray hurried to cash in(and save his life)
