  1. Whoa. Most were terrifying but three were tempting and worth trying:

  3. One of my favorite sandwiches should probably be on this list. I make it with crunchy peanut butter (Jif or Skippy), thick sliced beef bologna, and a slice of sweet onion (Walla Walla or Vidalia) on white bread. And try it before you holler "Yuck".

  10. An old fart notes two unlikely recipes - from a Dutch family farm in upstate, NY, peanut butter and tomato sandwich;

    from my grandfather from coal country Pennsylvania, pretzels and ice cream (Vanilla) - highly recommended.

    from my Irish grandmother (County Mayo) - you'll eat a peck of dirt before you die. Now, it seems living in rural environs, playing like we used to do as kids, and not using anti-bacterial soaps will extend your life.

    Go Figure!

  11. Scottiebill,

    I also grew up eating peanut butter sandwiches with sweet Vidalia onion slices on them. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy when I mention them but they are great.

  12. Darned near anything goes well with peanut butter.

    Hey vladtheimp, next time try grinding some black pepper over a spoonful of your pretzel ice cream. I'll bet you'll end up grinding more over the whole bowl. Had some pepper ice cream once that was nothing buy vanilla with cracked pepper mixed in. It was delicious. I don't think the pretzels would hurt at all.

  16. 50-50 Juicy-Lucy:

    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 lb Ground Bacon
    1 Thick slice of cheese (or lots of Blue Cheese)

    Mix beef and bacon together (don't get too rought). Form into 2 patties. Put cheese in between patties and form into one burger. Grill to Well Done. Enjoy
